EFT Level 2 Training - Basic Skills

Core Skills is the second level of training in Emotionally Focused Therapy. It is designed for professionals who have completed the Entry Level (Externship). It focuses on developing the practical skills to practice the method and includes a deep dive into theory, case studies and practical exercises.

The training lasts 48 hours and is divided into four modules of two days (12 hours) each within one year. Three groups will be formed.

Dates for Group A: January 17 and 18, March 21 and 22, May 16 and 17, September 12 and 13

Dates for Group B: February 20 and 21, April 17 and 18, June 19 and 20, September 18 and 19

Dates for Group B: March 4 and 5, May 2 and 3, July 4 and 5, September 5 and 6

On the first day, training is from 1 p.m. to 7 p.m., and on the second day, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

This is the second level of certification as an Emotionally Focused Therapist with ICEEFT, the International Organization for Quality Care in Emotionally Focused Therapy. You can see more about becoming certified as an EFT therapist here
